Delivery Information

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa to your door at a flat rate of R120.  The reason for the higher delivery fee is because we lovingly receive all the products you ordered at our dispatch centre, and package it in such a way that it can be received as a gift.  (Beautifully wrapped and packed by hand for a very special unboxing experience)

You’ll receive an email when your products are dispatched with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery is estimated as around 5-10 working days.  The reason for the longer delivery time is to ensure that even though you may have ordered from multiple brands, you order will be received as one complete package instead of being sent as multiple individual orders.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Mama Skincare purchase, you may return your products to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Your products must be un-used/unworn, have all labels and/or safety seals intact and in its original packaging for a refund.

After your products have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the same payment method used on the original purchase.  This should reflect back into your account in 5-7 working days.

Please note that unless an order was fulfilled incorrectly, a return courier fee of R120 will apply.

To return a product, please follow the following steps:

  1. Repackage your products securely.
  2. Email us at orders@mamaskincare.co.za and mark the subject heading as “RETURN: order # [insert order number]”.
  3. Please include a short explanation of the reason for the return as well as photos where applicable:
  • Incorrect products: Should you have received the incorrect products, please send us a clear photo of the products received.
  • Damaged products: Should your products have been damaged in transit, please send us photos of the original courier packaging, the inside of the courier box/bag (protective material used), as well as the damaged product packaging.
  1. Once the return courier fee has been paid we will email you back with a return label.
  2. Print out two copies of this label and attach one to the outer packaging of the product/s you are returning.
  3. We will arrange for the collection of your parcel at a convenient time for you.
